Epoxy Flooring
Durable, chemical-resistant, seamless, easy to clean, customizable, and low-maintenance — ideal for garages, factories, and commercial spaces.

EPOXY Flooring
Epoxy flooring is a high-performance, seamless floor coating system created by mixing epoxy resin with a hardener. When combined, the two components undergo a chemical reaction that forms a hard, durable plastic-like surface. Unlike ordinary paint that merely sits on top, epoxy bonds chemically with the concrete substrate, creating a much stronger and longer-lasting finish.
After mixing, the resin and hardener cross-link and cure into a rigid, non-porous layer. The finished surface is smooth, seamless, and highly resistant to dust, stains, chemicals, and abrasion. Thickness can range from thin coatings (tens of mils) to thick mortar systems (several millimetres).
Typical Applications
Residential:
Garages, basements, workshops, and occasionally living areas or kitchens.
Commercial:
Retail stores, showrooms, restaurant kitchens, and offices.
Industrial:
Warehouses, manufacturing plants, car parks, aircraft hangars, laboratories, and food-processing facilities.
Key Advantages
-
Exceptional durability: Professional systems typically last 10–20 years and can withstand heavy vehicle traffic, forklifts, and high foot traffic.
-
Chemical and stain resistance: Excellent resistance to oils, acids, solvents, and most industrial chemicals.
-
Easy maintenance: Seamless surface requires only sweeping and mopping — no waxing or frequent resealing needed.
-
Aesthetic flexibility: Available in solid colours, decorative flakes, metallic finishes, and custom designs.
-
Cost-effective long-term: Generally lower lifecycle cost compared with tile or hardwood when maintenance is factored in.
Usage
-
Car park, Warehouse, Workhouse, Electronic and Computer factories
-
Hospitals, Schools, Sports stadium and Theatres, ETC.
-
Smooth hard wearing screed
